Registration
Registration for the 2010-2011 Program Year (September 2010-June 2011) opens to members on Tuesday April 20, 2010. Registration then opens to the public on Monday May 3, 2010.
To register your child(ren) into our program, please print off the Registration Form and mail the completed form to the address below with all of your cheques check dated according to the Registration Form and Fee Schedule. All checks should be payable to SSMDO (Southside Mothers’ Day Out) as per the Fee Schedule and Parent Handbook.
To speak to the Director regarding registration, please call 414-6899 and leave your name and phone number, and your call will be returned. It may take up to 1 week to return messages left for the Director. Please do not leave additional messages as your call will be returned as soon as she is able.
Once all of the May and June registrations are sorted, you will be receiving a courtesy call by the last week of June to inform you of the spot your child(ren) has for September, or to let you know that they have been placed on our wait list.
If you register in July or later through the program year (between September and June), please leave a message for the Director to confirm availability of spots before sending in a completed registration package. Once a spot is confirmed, please print off the Registration Form and mail the completed form to the address below with all of your cheques check dated according to the Registration Form and Fee Schedule
Registered children will receive a confirmation package (by the end of July) or upon entrance to the program with all of the information for your child(ren)’s first day and year.

Please note that space is limited in our program. Registration is taken on a first come first served basis. In order for your application to be considered complete and for your spot to be held, the Director must have your completed Registration Form with all your program cheques, as outline in the Registration Form and Fee Schedule.
