Registration

Registration for the 2008-2009 School Year (September 2008-June 2009) opens to the public on Thursday, May 7, 2008.

To register your child(ren) into our program, please print off the Registration Form only, and mail the completed form to the address below with a check dated for July 1, 2008. Your check should be payable to SSMDO (Southside Mother’s Day Out) and made out for the following amount:

  • $30 non-refundable registration fee (one per family)
  • $88 deposit per child
  • So if you are registering:
    • one child, your check should be for $118.00
    • Two children $206.00
    • Three children $294.00

Deposit is returned to you at the year-end invoice if your child remains in the program for the full year, or is returned to you when you withdraw from the program, giving 4 weeks of written notice.

To speak to one of the registrars, please call 414-6899 and leave your name and phone number, and your call will be returned. Messages are check at least once per week.

Once all of the registrations are sorted out, you will be receiving a courtesy call towards the end of May to inform you of the spot your child(ren) has, or to let you know that they have been placed on our wait list. Once your child(ren) has a spot, you will receive a confirmation package (early to mid-July) with all of the information for your child(ren)’s first day and year.

Please note that space is limited in our program. Registration is taken on a first come first served basis. In order for your application to be considered complete and for your spot to be held, the registrar must have your registration form and your check.
